Technical Support Specialist

We are in need of a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, resolving any software, hardware or network issues they may encounter. Your duties will include troubleshooting problems, setting up equipment and software, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

To excel in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in technical support. Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications is also required.

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. Candidates must have their own visa and be able to work legally in Norway.
