Remote Computer Support Specialist (Oslo, Norway)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oslo, Norway. As a Remote Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients via phone, email or chat
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to technical problems
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and peripherals as needed
- Train end-users on how to use new systems or software
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities and communications with clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for better client support

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working remotely is preferred but not required
- Must have valid work authorization/visa for Norway
