Junior Data Analyst



As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with the data team to understand business needs and develop solutions using statistical analysis and data visualization techniques. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop predictive models using statistical methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Basic understanding of SQL, Python or R programming languages
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills preferred but not required)
