Job Title: Team Lead - Oslo, Norway


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Oslo, Norway. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Monitor team performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify training needs for the team and provide necessary resources or support
- Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion within given parameters
- Communicate with upper management regarding project progress, challenges, and successes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software/tools
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

We offer competitive starting salary of 1200$ per month as well as opportunities for professional growth within our company. This is a contract job open to all nationalities.
