Data Analytics Specialist

We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights that will optimize processes and increase efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data analysis, and experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop reports and dashboards to present findings
- Use statistical tools and methods to analyze data
- Collaborate with departments to identify trends and insights
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL or Python
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
