We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Oslo. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives. Your main focus will be on designing and developing the layout, graphics, and functionality of websites.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of visual design principles, user experience, and web development technologies. You should also have excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team and effectively understand clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Designing website layouts and graphics using various tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Developing website functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
- Ensuring websites are responsive across different devices
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure website functionality meets design requirements
- Conducting user testing to gather feedback for website improvements
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
