Web Designer



We are hiring a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the websites are functional and optimized for all devices.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create website layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Conduct user research to understand target audience and create user personas
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate design concepts
- Create graphics, animations, and other visual elements for the website
- Optimize website designs for SEO and performance
- Test websites across multiple browsers and devices to ensure compatibility
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Web Designer
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other web design tools
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience working with responsive design techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
