Junior Typesetter

As a Junior Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for various print and digital media. You will work closely with our design and editorial teams to ensure that all materials are visually appealing and error-free. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines will be key in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize typesetting software to format text and images for print and digital media
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure consistency in style, font, and layout
- Proofread materials for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from team members
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments in typesetting techniques

Requirements:
- Proficiency in typesetting software (e.g. Adobe InDesign)
- Strong eye for design, layout, and typography
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in typesetting or graphic design preferred

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
