We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Typesetter to join our team in Oslo. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and laying out text and images for various print and digital media. Your main goal will be to ensure that all content is visually appealing, easy to read, and error-free.

Responsibilities:
- Format and layout text and images for books, magazines, brochures, websites, and other media using design software
- Make sure all content is properly aligned, sized, and spaced according to design guidelines
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure consistency in style and formatting
- Proofread text for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ensure that all final layouts are print-ready or web-ready
- Stay updated on industry trends and new typesetting techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent attention to detail and strong visual sense
- Familiarity with typography principles
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Oslo. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Norway.
