Part-time Typesetter in Oslo



We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Typesetter to join our team in Oslo. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images to create high-quality printed or digital materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of typography, layout, and design principles to create visually appealing documents
- Work with various software programs, such as Adobe InDesign, to set type and adjust layouts
- Proofread and ensure accuracy of all written content before final production
- Collaborate with other team members, such as editors and graphic designers, to develop creative solutions for print or digital projects
- Maintain a strong attention to detail while working under tight deadlines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other design software programs
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction from others

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate if needed. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for those who are not currently located in Oslo.
