As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include answering client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering guidance on product or service offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide helpful solutions via online channels
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products or services
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using online communication tools such as chat platforms or email systems

Preferred:
- Experience working as an online consultant or in a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems or other customer service software
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Norwegian

Salary: 1000$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)
