Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will provide expert advice and support to clients through online platforms. Your main responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a part-time role with the option of working from home or our office in Oslo, depending on your preference.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients through various online channels
- Identify clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
- Provide guidance on our company's products and services
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve our clients
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies is a plus
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, but we also offer the option of working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Accommodation:
If you are not located in Oslo, we can provide accommodation for you during your stay. This includes a fully furnished apartment located near our office.
