Moderator (Contract)
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Oslo, Norway on a contract basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our online platform by monitoring user-generated content and ensuring it adheres to our community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content on our online platform
- Ensure all content follows our community guidelines and complies with legal requirements
- Respond promptly to any user reports or inquiries regarding content moderation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and policies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in content moderation, preferably in an online platform setting
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. The contract also includes free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket expenses.
