Job Title: Facade Engineer


We are currently hiring for an experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Oslo. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the external building envelope of structures. This includes analyzing and selecting materials, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing facade systems for new construction projects
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine the most suitable materials and methods for each project
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for facade elements
- Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure compatibility of facade design with overall building design
- Overseeing the installation process to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facade construction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
