Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades to ensure their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to implement design plans and ensure quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections of building facades to identify any potential issues or damage
- Performing repairs and maintenance on facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Installing new facades according to design plans and specifications
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the structural integrity of facades
- Implementing safety measures to protect against accidents or hazards during facade work
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and installations performed on facades
- Recommending improvements or upgrades to enhance the functionality and appearance of facades

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in facade work is preferred
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role in the construction industry
- Skilled in using tools such as scaffolding, cranes, power drills, etc.
- Knowledge of different facade materials (glass, metal, stone) and their properties
- Ability to read architectural plans and follow design specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
