Tiler - Contract Position in Oslo, Norway



We are seeking an experienced Tiler for a contract position in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tiling and must be able to work independently without accommodation. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Tiler to work in the beautiful city of Oslo and showcase their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout and adhesive
- Mix and apply tile adhesive or cement
- Lay tiles in a pattern or design as per client's request
- Fill gaps between tiles with grout and remove excess
- Install tile edging and trim around edges and corners
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tiler
- Strong knowledge of different types of tiles, adhesives, and tools used in tiling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
- Attention to detail with precise cutting skills
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently without accommodation
- Experience working with different surfaces such as walls, floors, showers etc.
- Strong communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
