Finisher Assistant

A Finisher Assistant is responsible for assisting in the finishing process of various products. This position is based in Oslo, Norway and does not require prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist finishers with sanding, staining, and polishing of products
- Prepare products for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections
- Operate machinery and tools used in the finishing process
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of woodworking and finishing techniques preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The work environment can be physically demanding and may involve exposure to dust and fumes from finishing materials. However, all necessary safety equipment will be provided.
