We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Oslo. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and installing temporary structures and molds used to support concrete during construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, however, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for candidates from all nationalities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker is not required, but highly desirable
- Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Set up forms for pouring concrete according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to construct temporary structures
- Pour and spread concrete into forms using shovels or other equipment
- Ensure that forms are properly aligned, leveled, and secured before pouring concrete
- Remove forms once the concrete has set and clean up job site afterwards
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
