We are currently hiring a Junior Turner to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to shape metal and other materials into precise components for machinery. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome freshers who are passionate about learning and developing their skills in this field.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, grinders, drills, and other machines to cut, shape, and finish metal and other materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy of cuts and shapes
- Inspect finished pieces for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machines or materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with lathes, grinders, drills, or other similar machines preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of reading blueprints and measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials as needed
- Willingness to learn new techniques and processes
