We are in need of a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Oslo. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of construction equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery on construction sites according to project needs and specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including equipment usage, maintenance logs, and production reports

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational or technical training in heavy equipment operation or related field
- Experience operating specific types of equipment such as cranes or bulldozers
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Norwegian)

Salary: $900 per week (negotiable based on experience)
