We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in installing solar panels and a strong understanding of electrical systems. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems for both residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or ground-mounted structures according to design plans and specifications.
- Connect panels to electrical systems, inverters, and other components.
- Perform system checks and troubleshooting during installation.
- Ensure proper grounding of all components.
- Follow all safety guidelines during installation.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation for each project.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training preferred.
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
- Familiarity with solar panel technology and installation methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per week for this position. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local candidates. Our company will assist with obtaining necessary visas for employment.
