Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Oslo



As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the designs are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This is a contract position in Oslo, offering a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design solutions
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Review project specifications and provide input on materials, construction methods, etc.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Own visa or eligibility to work in Norway on a contract basis
