Architectural Designer - Oslo, Norway


We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans, drawings, and models for various projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that the designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for designing
- Create detailed designs that meet client needs and comply with building codes and regulations
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor needed for construction
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, managers, or engineers
- Ensure that all design projects are completed within the specified timeframe

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present designs to clients

Salary: 1700$ per month
