Commercial Architect (Contract, Oslo)

We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Oslo. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your main goal will be to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of commercial building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials. You must also have excellent design skills and the ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and budget limitations
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed plans using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process and make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
