Our firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural designs for industrial buildings and structures based on clients' needs and specifications.
- Develop detailed construction plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs meet technical requirements and building codes.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses related to the construction of industrial buildings.
- Review project proposals from contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately implemented.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD or Revit to create 2D/3D models of industrial buildings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design principles in industrial architecture.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
- Familiarity with LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification process.
