Senior Industrial Architect


Position: Senior Industrial Architect
Location: Oslo, Norway

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Architect to join our team in Oslo. As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, and construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for industrial buildings and structures, from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, budget constraints, and timelines
- Develop detailed designs, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to the design plans
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
- Experience managing projects from concept through construction
