Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Architecture Manager to join our team in Oslo. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review project plans for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architectural project management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Oslo (accommodation provided)

Working hours: Full-time
