Architecture Manager


Our architecture firm in Oslo is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of architectural projects, including design, construction documents, and construction administration
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality design solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Review and approve project drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with contractors, consultants, and building officials to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, codes, standards, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
