Contract Architecture Manager in Oslo, Norway

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architecture Manager to join our team in Oslo. As a Contract Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on time. This is a contract position, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Oversee the work of architects, designers, and other team members to ensure quality and accuracy
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with local building codes
- Communicate project updates regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field (required)
- Previous experience in architecture or construction management (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software (preferred)
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This position is located in Oslo, Norway.
