Job Title: Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in Oslo. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design and development to construction and completion. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop architectural plans and designs that meet client requirements, building codes, and budget constraints
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or project management
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members from different backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project
