Senior Architect (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Oslo. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Oversee all phases of the design process, including site analysis, concept development, construction documents, and construction administration
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
