Part-Time Fitter in Oslo, Norway

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in Oslo, Norway on a part-time basis. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical systems and components in various industrial settings. This role requires experience in the field and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine assembly methods
- Assemble parts using hand and power tools according to specifications
- Inspect parts for defects and report any issues to supervisor
- Install piping, valves, pumps, motors, and other mechanical components
- Ensure proper alignment and fit of components
- Test equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools used in fitting work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects
