Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure efficient and safe performance
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on machines
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Knowledge of machine tools, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
