We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Oslo. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring the highest quality and standards are maintained. You will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating menus, ordering ingredients, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative dishes using local ingredients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and cooking techniques
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage food costs and inventory to maintain budget requirements
- Create new menus and dishes that reflect the restaurant's concept and use seasonal and local ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Conduct regular performance reviews for kitchen staff and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and ingredients
- Creative flair with the ability to develop unique menus that appeal to customers
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other staff members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Food safety certification is preferred
