Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Oslo, Norway
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Oslo. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing a team of staff. This is a seasonal position with an immediate start date.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Oversee customer service, handle complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create schedules for staff while maintaining labor costs within budget constraints
