Restaurant Manager - Oslo, Norway
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Oslo, Norway. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and overall success of the establishment. You will be in charge of managing the staff, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess excellent leadership skills. You must have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and customer service. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required.
Your duties will include creating work schedules for employees, monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed, and handling customer complaints or concerns. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new staff members to maintain high-quality service standards.
