Entry-Level Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Oslo. As our restaurant continues to grow, we are looking for someone with a passion for the food and beverage industry who is ready to take on new challenges and gain valuable management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and mentor new employees on company standards and procedures
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
- Maintain high levels of food quality and guest satisfaction
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- No previous experience required - we will provide training!
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Must be legally authorized to work in Oslo with visa sponsorship if needed
