Job Title: Librarian - Oslo, Norway

We are in search of a dedicated and organized Librarian to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection of books, journals, and other materials, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and developing programs and services to promote library usage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the acquisition, cataloging, and processing of library materials
- Maintain accurate records of all library materials
- Assist patrons with research and reference inquiries
- Develop programs and services to promote library usage
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the library
- Train staff members on library policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to create cross-functional initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and resources for libraries

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using library software systems
- Biometric passport of Norwegian citizenship or eligibility to obtain one
