Entry Level Barista - Oslo, Norway



We are a bustling coffee shop in the heart of Oslo, seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Entry Level Barista to join our team. As an Entry Level Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and exciting environment while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction with every drink
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering any questions about our products or menu items
- Learn and follow proper techniques for making espresso-based drinks, including latte art
- Assist with ordering supplies and restocking inventory as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Must be a fast learner with a passion for coffee and customer service
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in Norway without sponsorship
