Barista - Coffee Shop in Oslo


Our busy coffee shop in Oslo is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers, as well as providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with a love for coffee and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions with customers using our POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations when needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art skills are an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have own visa for working in Oslo or be eligible to apply for one (EU citizenship preferred)
- Available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
