Sales Representative - Oslo, Norway
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Oslo, Norway. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers in the designated region. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other tactics. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential clients
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels (e.g. phone calls, emails)
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the designated territory
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills.
