Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate



We are a fast-growing retail company based in Oslo and we are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall store targets
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer service
- Flexible availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
