Construction Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Oslo. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Oslo area. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project plans meet client requirements
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Oslo is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Oslo (candidates from other Nordic countries will also be considered)
