Senior Construction Manager

We are in need of a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Oslo. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management and a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will also be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the construction process, including planning, design, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality workmanship is maintained throughout the project
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Oslo (visa sponsorship available)
