Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Oslo. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Your primary duties will include creating project schedules, managing budgets and resources, reviewing and negotiating contracts, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You must have at least 3 years of experience in construction management and be highly organized with strong leadership skills. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects stay within budget
- Review and negotiate contracts with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans if needed
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in construction management or related role
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant laws, codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to review and negotiate contracts
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities or unexpected challenges
- Strong leadership skills

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Oslo (preference for Norwegian nationals or those with valid work permits)
