Crane Operator

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the crane equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes, to move materials on construction sites or in industrial settings
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while operating the crane
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the crane equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate lifts and ensure proper placement of materials
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including logs of materials lifted, time spent operating the crane, and any incidents or issues that may arise
- Troubleshoot any mechanical or operational issues that may occur with the crane equipment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards for crane operation

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid Crane Operator certification/license
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to crane operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lift plans
- Physically fit with the ability to operate controls for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime when needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This is a contract job based in Oslo, Norway.
