A leading retail company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual merchandising and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers
- Stock and rotate merchandise according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
- Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for adjustments to displays
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
