Part-Time Sales Manager

As a Part-Time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our company through effective communication, organization, and strategic planning. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and reach sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in networking events and conferences to promote our products/services
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales reports

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to legally work in Norway

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on part-time hours)
