Sales Manager (Contract) - Oslo, Norway
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway on a contract basis. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
- Travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Experience developing strategic sales plans and implementing them successfully
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
