We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Tutor to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and interactive tutoring sessions to students through online platforms. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive tutoring sessions with students through online platforms
- Develop personalized lesson plans and materials based on the student's needs and learning objectives
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement
- Stay updated on the latest teaching techniques and educational resources to enhance the quality of tutoring sessions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build a rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong understanding of various teaching methods and learning styles
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable using online platforms for teaching
- Previous tutoring experience is not required but considered a plus
